This website describes the coaching, leadership development and training work of Freedom and Success, and lets you get in touch about it. Nothing is sold or paid for on this site. Sending an enquiry or requesting the handbook costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
The material on this site — including the articles, the handbook and any exercises — is educational. It is about leadership, performance, mindset and working under pressure. It is not medical advice, psychological diagnosis, therapy or crisis support, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified doctor or mental health professional.
If you are struggling with your mental or physical health, please speak to a doctor or a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services. In Germany the emergency number is 112, and the free Telefonseelsorge counselling line is 0800 111 0 111 or 0800 111 0 222.
Sending an enquiry, booking a discovery call or downloading the handbook does not create a coaching or training agreement. Any engagement is agreed separately in writing, with its own scope, fees and terms. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
The text, images, design, handbook and other material on this site belong to Freedom and Success or are used with permission. You may read it, and you may share a link to it. You may not republish it, sell it, or use it in your own training or commercial material without written permission. The handbook is provided for your personal use.
We take care that what is written here is accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee it is free of error or that it fits your particular situation. Content may change without notice. We also cannot promise the site is always available — hosting, maintenance and matters outside our control can interrupt it.
Where we link to another website, that site is not under our control. We are not responsible for its content, its accuracy or how it handles your data. Its own terms and privacy policy apply once you leave ours.
We are liable without limit for injury to life, body or health, for intent and gross negligence, and wherever German law does not permit liability to be limited.
